第三次分配作为本土概念的理论内涵与特征亟待挖掘。在共同富裕视阈下,第三次分配的理论意涵超越了中西方慈善事业,具有超越社会阶段的实然存在性、基于道德信念的内源自发性、适配分配方式的内容多元性、指向共产主义社会的前瞻性等特征。其政治、理论、治理、伦理、现实逻辑进路也决定了其历史使命在于鼓励通过道德力量消解物质在人的全面发展过程中的局限性,实现社会单元从“精神贫困”到“精神富裕”的转变,最终助推共同富裕目标的实现。

The theoretical connotation and characteristics of the third distribution as a local concept need to be explored.From the perspective of common prosperity,the theoretical meaning of the third distribution transcends the philanthropy in China and the West,and has such characteristics as the actual existence beyond the social stage,the endogenous spontaneity based on moral beliefs,the content diversity of the appropriate distribution methods,and the forward-looking of the communist society.Its political,theoretical,governing,ethical and realistic logic approach also determines that its historical mission is to encourage the elimination of material limitations in the process of human all-round development through moral forces,to achieve the transformation of social units from"spiritual poverty"to"spiritual prosperity",and ultimately to promote the realization of the goal of common prosperity.
