未成年人社会调查制度在刑事诉讼中发挥着重要的价值,未成年人社会调查报告是贯穿未成年人刑事案件的重要依据。文章通过对社会调查主体、报告证据属性、审查机制、异地调查机制和未成年人隐私权保护问题进行分析,提出建立异地协作机制、完善隐私规制等相关方案,以推进对未成年人个性化处罚与社会安全保护相结合,实现涉罪未成年人“再社会化”的目标。

The juvenile social investigation system plays an important role in criminal proceedings, and the juvenile social investigation report is an important basis for juvenile criminal cases.
