摘要
针对马口铁连续退火机组出口段卷取机在助卷和穿带过程中钢卷内圈松卷和溢出的问题。提出了一种依靠助卷皮带变张力配合卷取机变频器恒扭矩输出的方法,该方法使用一组比例减压阀实时调整助卷皮带的张力,同时,监控卷取机变频器的电流反馈和转速反馈,使得助卷过程中卷取机施加给带钢的张力保持稳定。该方法提高了卷取内圈的张力稳定性,同时也提高了助卷过程中的加张效率。
This paper propose a new method of constant torque output based on variable tension of coiler belt and coiler frequency converter,to solve the problem of loose and overflow of steel coil in the process of coiling and belt passing in the outlet section of tinplate continuous annealing line.In this method,a set of proportional pressure reducing valves is used to adjust the tension of coiler belt in real time,and the current feedback and speed feedback of coiler frequency converter are monitored,so that the tension exerted by the coiler on the strip is stable in the process of coiler.This method improves the tension stability of coiling inner ring and the efficiency of adding tension in coiling process.
