摘要
基于离散单元法,采用EDEM软件对4YKR1545圆振动筛上颗粒群的运动过程进行仿真分析,研究了颗粒的运动速度、空间位置分布等运动特性,最终计算得到不同粒级颗粒筛分效率。结果表明:随着颗粒直径的增大,颗粒距离筛面纵向距离平均值增大,颗粒发生碰撞的次数减小;颗粒的运动速度基本上分布在0~3m/s之间;圆振动筛对20 mm、16 mm、10 mm以下粒级颗粒的筛分效果较好,可达80%以上,对5 mm以下细颗粒的振动筛分效果较差。
Based on discrete element method,EDEM software was used to simulate and analyze the movement process of particles on 4YKR1545 circular vibrating screen,and the motion characteristics of particles such as movement speed and spatial position distribution were studied.Finally,the screening efficiency of different particle sizes was calculated.The results show that with the increase of particle diameter,the average longitudinal distance between particle and screen surface increases,and the number of particle collisions decreases.The motion speeds of particles is basically distributed between 0 and 3 m/s.The screening effect of circular vibrating screen to particle 20 mm,16 mm,10 mm and below size screening effect is better,up to more than 80%,the vibrating screen effect of fine particle for 5 mm below is poor.
