圆盘剪极限与持续切边能力评估技术的研究

摘要 针对连退机组圆盘剪在剪切带钢过程中出现的刀刃断裂、剪不断及刀刃钝化无法持续剪切等问题,通过对圆盘剪剪切原理以及刀刃钝化机理的分析,建立了圆盘剪刀刃钝化模型、剪切功率模型以及剪切力计算模型,实现了给定剪切参数下圆盘剪剪切力、剪切功率以及刀刃磨损深度的计算,结合刀刃允许磨损深度以及圆盘剪额定功率形成一套连退机组圆盘剪极限与持续切边能力评估技术,并以高强钢与普通钢为例对圆盘剪的剪切力、剪切功率以及刀刃磨损深度进行了定量计算与分析,满足了现场连续生产以及规格拓展的需求,将其应用到国内某连退机组生产线并开发出相应的评估软件,降低了圆盘剪刀刃发生故障的频率,提高了机组生产效益。 Aiming at the problems of blade breakage,continuous shearing,or unsustainable blade passivation in the process of shearing strip steel with the disc shear of the continuous withdrawal unit,through the analysis of the shearing principle of the disc shear and the blade passivation mechanism,the passivation model,shear power model and shear force calculation model of disc scissors are established,and the calculation of disc shear force,shear power and blade wear depth under given shear parameters is realized.Combining the allowable blade wear depth and the rated power of the disc shear forms,a set of evaluation technology for the disc shear limit and continuous trimming capability of the continuous retreat unit is formed.The shear force,shear power and blade wear depth of the disc shear are analyzed by taking high-strength steel and ordinary steel as examples.Quantitative calculation and analysis meet the needs of on-site continuous production and specification expansion.It is applied to a domestic production line of continuous withdrawal units and the corresponding evaluation software is developed,which reduces the frequency of disc scissor blade failures and improves the production efficiency of the unit.
