酸洗线挤干辊换辊车装置改进方案

摘要 针对本钢浦项2#酸轧机组挤干辊换辊车车轮与轨道打滑、影响换辊效率这一问题,根据生产工艺要求和现场工况,通过在原设备中增加齿轮齿条同步装置等部件,使换辊车装置两侧车轮在同步机构作用下同步受力,换辊时较稳定的前进后退,通过实际验证,较好地解决了换辊车车轮与轨道打滑的问题,提高换辊效率。 For the problem that the slip between wheel and track of the wipe roll change car in Benxi POSCO 2#acid rolling mill and affect the roll change efficiency,according to the production process requirements and on-site working conditions,the wheels on both sides of the roll are stressed synchronously under the action of the synchronization mechanism by adding gear rack synchronization device and other components to the original equipment,so that the wheels on both sides of the roll move forward and backward stably during roll change.Through practical verification,the problem of wheel-track slip for change device is solved,and the efficiency of roll change is improved.
