浅谈PLC在负压大布袋除尘器反吹风系统中应用

The Application of PLC in the Blowback System of Negative Pressure and Large Cloth Bag Dust Collector

文章通过论述PLC可编程控制器在生产实际中应用实例,重点介绍了PLC控制器在负压大布袋除尘器反吹风系统中的应用以及优化。文中阐述原有负压大布袋除尘器反吹风系统中存在的缺陷,对原有工程项目中的PLC可编程控制器系统合理的配置、电气控制原理的设计、电器元件的选择,以及PLC系统中Step7软件的控制指令和控制模块的设计和编程,WINCC监控画面的设计和程序说明,科学地分析了PLC可编程控制器在生产实践中应用的特点,对PLC可编程控制器在生产实际工程项目中的应用,起到一定的借鉴作用。

This paper discussed the application of PLC programmable controller in practical production,with emphasis on the use of PLC programmable controller in the blowback system of negative pressure and large cloth bag dust collector and its optimization.In detail,the defects of the original system,reasonable configuration of the original project PLC programmable controller,principle of electrical control design,selection of electrical components,the PLC system Step7 software control instructions and control module design and programming,as well as WINCC monitor screen design and description of the procedures were discussed and described.This paper provides a useful reference for the application of PLC programmable controller in practical production.
