气相色谱法测定烷基化油研究法辛烷值

Determination of octane number of alkylated oil by gas chromatography

本文建立了以气相色谱法PONA柱测定烷基化油研究法辛烷值的检验方法,结果表明:通过色谱组成计算出的研究法辛烷值与CFR机器上实测的结果最大偏差在0.5个单位,该方法具有其良好的重现性和较高的精密度,可用于生产过程控制分析,该方法快速,成本低。

In this paper,a test method for determining the octane number of alkylated oil research method by gas chromatography PONA column is established.The results show that the maximum deviation between the octane number of research method calculated by chromatographic composition and the results measured on CFR machine is 0.5 unit.This method has good reproducibility and high precision,and can be used for production process control analysis.This method is fast and low cost.
