摘要
尾管固井是在上部已下有套管的井内,只对下部新钻出的裸眼井段下套管注水泥进行封固的固井方法,尾管固井作业的好坏直接影响该井的寿命周期。渤海油田某井,在下7″尾管过程中,在裸眼段遇阻,经过多次上提下放活动管串后,悬重突然大幅度降低。后经检查发现钻具断裂。下打捞工具探落鱼,实测管串下行约319m,试图打捞管串,但无法提活。考虑到尾管送入工具未脱手,且开泵后有憋压现象,为保证套管串的完整性,决定利用打捞工具反向卸扣,先将部分钻杆或者套管取出。反向卸扣后管串能够提活,起出后发现从第6根尾管处卸开。现场决定更换完钻具再进行7″尾管和8-1/2″裸眼环空挤水泥及5″尾管固井作业,作业质量满足后续生产要求。
Liner cementing is the cementing method used in the well cased and cemented for the upper section,only run casing and cementing for the lower new drilled open hole section,the quality of liner cementing will determine the production life of the well.During running 7″liner in one well in BOHAI Oilfield,had difficulty RIH in open hole section,after lifting and lowing the strings for many times,WOH(weight on hook)has decreased sharply.Then found the drill pipe was broken.Run fishing tools to tag the top of the fish,detected the fish has gone to bottom hole for around 319m,try to fish it out and no sign of free.Considering the running tool was not released and pressure built up after turned on the rig pump,to ensure the complete string,decision was made to back off reversely with the fishing tools and recover some drill pipe s or casings.After back off,the string was free,after the fish was POOH,the string was back off from the 6th casing.The final decision is to replace the drill pipes and cement 7″liner and squeeze 81/2″open hole,then run and cement 5″liner.
