摘要
三轴立式加工中心通过增加四轴转台减少工件装夹次数提高生产效率,但在连续加工过程中容易出现刀具磨损及断裂现象,影响加工效率及零件精度;依托手动设备加工工件,会影响加工效率。针对断刀检测,优化手动设备方向进行研究、探讨,文章介绍机内自动化系统技术优化方法。
Three-axis vertical machining center increases production efficiency by increasing four-axis turntable to reduce workpiece clamping times,but tool wear and fracture are easy to occur in the continuous machining process,which affects the machining efficiency and part accuracy;Relying on manual equipment to process workpieces will affect the processing efficiency.This paper studies and discusses the direction of optimizing manual equipment for tool breaking detection,and introduces the technical optimization method of in-machine automation system.
