摘要
本文介绍了永磁联轴器的原理及节能减振特性,阐述石家庄炼化罗茨风机应用永磁联轴器技术改造内容,对比应用该技术后设备运行的效果,根据对比改造前后的数据表明:永磁联轴器在大功率传动设备中的具有较高的可靠性,节能减振效果显著。
In this paper,the principle of permanent magnet governor and energy saving and vibration damping characteristics,elaborate Shijiazhuang refining load-end Roots fan application of permanent magnet governor technology transformation content,compare the effect of the application of the technology after the operation of the equipment,according to the comparison of the data before and after the transformation shows:the reliability of permanent magnet governor in high-power transmission equipment,energy saving and vibration damping effect is significant.
