摘要
针对石油钻采系统的需求,设计了一种隔膜式电磁泵。电磁泵采用具有良好耐腐蚀聚性且具有一定弹性的聚四氟乙烯膜片,有效阻隔油液与泵体接触,有效提高了电磁泵使用寿命。对电磁泵的结构、工作原理与流量特性进了分析,并采用AMESim仿真平台对其响应特性和流量特性进行仿真模拟。仿真结果表明,电磁泵具有良好的精度与稳定性,通过脉冲宽度调制(PWM)脉宽电路调节响应频率f,即可对电磁泵的流量进行调节,能够满足石油钻采系统的需求。
Aiming at the requirements of oil drilling and production system,a diaphragm electromagnetic pump is designed.The diaphragm electromagnetic pump adopts a PTFE membrane with good corrosion resistance and certain elasticity,which can effectively prevent the oil from contacting the pump body and effectively improve the service life of the diaphragm electromagnetic pump.The structure,working principle and flow characteristics of diaphragm electromagnetic pump are analyzed,and its response characteristics and flow characteristics are simulated using AMESim simulation platform.The simulation results show that the diaphragm electromagnetic pump has good accuracy and stability.The flow of the diaphragm electromagnetic pump can be adjusted by adjusting the response frequency f through PWM pulse width circuit,which can meet the requirements of the oil drilling and production system.
