摘要
采用陶瓷超滤膜对含强氧化剂的氧化石墨烯酸液进行过滤,得到pH达标的滤液。试验主要研究了陶瓷膜对氧化石墨烯酸液清洗的适用性和抗污染性能,考察来水固含量和温度对陶瓷膜装置运行效果的影响。试验表明,固含量0.5%以下,陶瓷膜装置长时间运行稳定,产水量在3m^(3)/h以上,滤液pH保持在6.0以上;膜的抗污染性能良好,通量回复率达到98.3%。
A ceramic ultrafiltration membrane was used to filter the graphene oxide acid solution containing a strong oxidant to obtain an acid solution with a qualified pH.The test mainly examined the applicability and antipollution performance of the ceramic membrane to clean the graphene oxide acid solution,and studyed the influence of solid content and temperature of incoming water on the operation effect of ceramic membrane device.The tests show that the ceramic membrane device runs stably for a long time with the solid content below 0.5%,the water production is above 3m^(3)/h,and the pH of the filtrate is maintained above 6.0;the membrane has good anti-pollution performance and the flux recovery rate reaches 98.3%.
