水力振荡器在渤海油田大位移井应用及故障分析 被引量:3

摘要 渤海油田含油气圈闭呈零散分布,大位移井能够增大井筒与储层接触面积,提升渤海油田勘探开发效率。渤海油田上部地层主要以松软地层为主,马达较旋转导向钻具组合具有低成本、高效率的优势,但滑动钻进钻头弹性接触井底、托压频繁,易导致粘卡事故及工具损坏,故马达配合水力振荡器成为了目前渤海上部地层大位移井钻井首选钻具组合。本文分析了马达配合水力振荡器钻井技术在秦皇岛某油田A1H井中的应用情况,研究了大位移井中水力振荡器常见故障发生的原因及现象,为现场分析底部钻具工作状态提供了可参考依据,有效指导了水力振荡器在大位移井中的应用。 Hydrocarbon traps in Bohai oilfield are scattered.Extended reach wells can increase the contact area between wellbore and reservoir and improve the exploration and development efficiency of Bohai oilfield.The upper formation of Bohai oilfield is mainly soft formation,and the motor has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency compared with the rotary steering BHA.However,the sliding drilling bit contacts the bottom hole elastically and the supporting pressure is frequent,which is easy to cause sticking accidents and tool damage.Therefore,the motor combined with the hydraulic oscillator has become the preferred BHA for the drilling of large displacement wells in the upper formation of Bohai Sea.This paper analyzes the application of motor combined with hydraulic oscillator drilling technology in a1h well of an oil field in Qinhuangdao,and studies the causes and phenomena of common faults of hydraulic oscillator in extended reach wells,which provides a reference basis for on-site analysis of the working state of bottom drilling tool and effectively guides the application of hydraulic oscillator in extended reach wells.
