发动机冷却系统国六OBD诊断策略的研究

摘要 近年来,大气污染日益严重,其中包括汽车尾气污染,因此我国的排放标准也日益严苛。国家出台一系列政策和标准,要求健全OBD(车载诊断系统)管理制度。2019年7月1日开始,中国实施国六法规,相对于国五,国六OBD系统有以下特点:全新要求;监控部件增多;监控范围拓展;监控功能更完善。国六标准中对OBD系统的要求更加全面和严格,对车载诊断系统的监测项目、阈值及监测条件等技术要求进行了修订。针对国六OBD新增的发动机冷却系统不同监测模式以及常见失效案例进行剖析,旨在对国六冷却系统的开发提供一些经验和帮助。 In recent years, air pollution has become increasingly serious, including automobile exhaust pollution, so China’s emission standards are increasingly stringent. China has issued a series of policies and standards to improve the management system of OBD(vehicle-mounted diagnostic system). Starting from July 1st, 2019, China has implemented State VI regulations. State VI has the following characteristics compared with State V OBD system: New requirements, more monitoring components, monitoring scope expansion and more perfect monitoring function. OBD system requirements in the Sixth National Standard are more comprehensive and strict, and the vehicle diagnostic system monitoring items, threshold and monitoring conditions and other technical requirements have been revised. This paper focuses on the analysis of different monitoring modes and common failure cases of the engine cooling system newly added by Stage VI OBD standard, aiming to provide some experience and help for the development of the Stage VI cooling system.
