摘要
便携式小型四冲程汽油机,因体积小、质量轻,被广泛使用,但由于需要满足360°全方位运转,因此润滑系统的设计成为该机型的设计难点。经过反复试验研究,对润滑系统进行充分优化,开发了一款具有自主知识产权的便携式小型四冲程汽油机,将发动机使用寿命提高到500 h,同时满足了性能、油耗、排放等各项指标。
Being smaller and lighter, the portable small-size 4-stroke gasoline engine is widely used. The design of the lubrication system was a big challenge for this model due to the requirements on 360° rotation. After repeated experiments and researches, we fully optimized the lubrication system and developed this model with independent intellectual property rights, which increased the service life of the engine to500 hours and met all standards of the performance, fuel consumption, emission, etc.
