摘要 为解决传统汽车发动机冷却风扇电机易损坏,难维护等问题,采用效率高、低噪声、电源污染小的BLDCM结合嵌入式处理器和先进控制策略设计控制器,以满足汽车发动机冷却要求。采用嵌入式芯片STSPIN32F0A作为核心处理器,通过BEMF过零检测、单电阻电流采样、直流母线电压检测、三相全桥逆变,PWM控制电路等构建BLDCM控制器的硬件系统,基于ST的六步换向算法函数库设计BLDCM的电流和速度双闭环PID调节器软件。通过给定40 Hz模拟MSG的PWM信号输入到控制模块,驱动发动机冷却风扇按照PWM信号占空比和转速既定关系运行,经测试分析得出,发动机冷却风扇在转速切换过程中,响应快、转速平稳。该控制器的设计有效提高了汽车发动机冷却风扇的工作效率和稳定性。 In order to solve the problems such as easy damage and difficult maintenance of traditional automobile engine cooling fan motor, the BLDCM of high adoption efficiency, low noise and low power pollution is combined with embedded processor and advanced control strategy for controller design to meet the requirements of automobile engine cooling. The embedded chip STSPIN32F0A is adopted as the core processor. The BLDCM controller hardware system was built through BEMF zero-crossing detection, single resistance current sampling, DC bus voltage detection, three-phase full-bridge inverter, PWM control circuit, etc. The current and speed double closed-loop PID controller software of BLDCM was designed based on the ST six-step reversing algorithm function library. Inputting the PWM signal of simulated MSG to the control module by given 40Hz, the engine cooling fan was driven to operate according to the established relationship between PWM signal duty ratio and speed. In the process of speed switching, the fan has fast response and steady speed, and the development of the controller can effectively improve the working efficiency of the cooling fan of automobile engine.
