乡村振兴背景下天香谷乡村旅游项目规划策略

Rural Tourism Project Planning Strategy of Tianxiang Valley under the Background of Rural Revitalization

随着乡村振兴和生活水平提高,人与自然生态的和谐越来越受到重视,人们更希望走进自然生态和感受传统文化,体现自然特色和传统文化的生态型景区具有旺盛的生命力,此类旅游景区肩负着改善自然生态环境、传承传统文化、满足大众观光与休闲娱乐的重要作用。随着“多规合一”的进展,国土空间规划体系从探索实验不断迈向成熟,旅游专项规划编制从背景、方法到目标都发生了根本性变化,生态型旅游专项规划实现“多规合一”在此得到了充分讨论;方法上,基于国土空间管控前提下的天香谷,合理运用了ArcGIS、ArcMap、AutoCAD、3D等方法;本研究尝试并剖析了旅游专项规划在国土空间规划背景下的工作原理和过程,结果表明,首先对旅游景区用地条件、资源状况评估、传统文化等进行细致分析,然后完全可以寻找到科学合理的旅游专项规划的技术途径,为乡村振兴提供技术支撑。

With the rural revitalization,increase of people’s income,the harmony between man and nature has been constantly disturbed.People increasingly hope to enter the natural ecology and feel the traditional culture.The ecological scenic spots,which mainly embody natural characteristics and traditional culture,have strong vitality.These scenic spots play an important role in improving the natural ecological environment,inheriting traditional culture,and meeting the needs of public sightseeing,leisure and entertainment.With the progress of"multi planning in one",the land spatial planning system has been gradually maturing from exploration and experiment.From the background,methods to objectives,the special tourism planning has undergone fundamental changes.The special planning of ecological tourism has been fully discussed here.Based on ArcGIS,ArcMap,AutoCAD,3D and other methods,the project team analyzed the working principle and process of the tourism specialty planning of Tianxiang valley under the background of territorial spatial planning.The paper tried and analyzed the working principle and process of special tourism planning in the context of territorial space planning.The results show that,first of all,the land use conditions,resource status evaluation and traditional culture of scenic spots are carefully analyzed,and then the scientific and reasonable technical ways of special tourism planning can be found.This achievement provides technical support for rural revitalization.
