DOPS考核对儿科实习护士沟通及共情能力的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目目的的探索在技能考核中应用DOPS考核对儿科实习护士沟通及共情能力的影响。方法选取2019年5月—2020年1月在某三甲儿童医院实习的256名护理专业实习生作为研究对象,将进入同一科室实习的学生随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各128名护生。出科技能考核时,试验组采用DOPS考核评分,对照组采用传统考核表考核评分。考核前后,用杰弗逊共情量表(学生版)和护生临床沟通能力测评量表对两组护生进行相关能力测评。结果 两组共情与沟通能力得分考核后均高于考核前,试验组共情能力得分总分高于对照组(P <0.05),沟通能力得分试验组在建立和谐关系、共同参与、促进信息的传递及总分方面得分与对照组相比提升明显(P <0.05)。结论 将DOPS考核应用于实习护士技能考核,对护士共情及沟通能力提升有明显的效果。 Objective:To explore the effect of DOPS examination on communication and empathy ability of probationer nurse in paediatrics.Methods:256 nursing students who worked as interns in a Grade A children’s hospital from May 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.The students who entered the same department for practice were randomly divided into control group and test group,with 128 nursing students in each group.The test group adopted DOPS assessment score,while the control group adopted traditional assessment form for assessment score.Before and after the assessment,Jefferson Empathy Scale(Student Edition)and Clinical Communication Ability Assessment Scale for nursing students were used to assess the relevant abilities of the two groups of nursing students.Results:The empathy and communication ability scores of both groups were higher after the assessment than before,and the total score of empathy ability in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of communication ability in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of establishing harmonious relationship,participating together,promoting information transmission and total scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of DOPS examination to the skill examination of highly trained nursing students has a significant effect on the improvement of empathy and communication ability of nursing students.
