摘要
针对国内外现有的试验方法不能用于评定滤芯元件实际寿命的现状,对滤芯元件实际寿命的评定方法进行了深入研究。基于压差相等原则,将滤芯实验室试验数据与实际在线采集数据结合起来,拟合回归出相应的数学模型,对滤芯元件的实际寿命进行结果评定。将评定结果与实际在线采集数据进行统计分析和对比,验证了该评定方法的有效性。可用于评定滤芯元件在不同压差下的实际寿命,并对在实验室评定滤芯元件实际寿命工作的开展提供重要导向。
Aiming at the current situation that the existing test methods at home and abroad can't be used to evaluate service life of a filter element,this paper makes an in-depth study on evaluation methods of service life of a filter element.Based on the principle of equal differential pressure,the laboratory test data of a filter element are combined with the actual on-line collected data,and the corresponding mathematical model is fitted and regressed.The mathematical model is used to evaluate service life of a filter element,and the evaluation results are statistically analyzed and compared with the actual on-line collected data.The effectiveness of this evaluation method is verified.This evaluation method is the first at home and abroad.It can be used to evaluate service life of a filter element under different differential pressure,and it provides an important guide for the evaluation of service life of a filter element in the laboratory.
