摘要
MES技术在企业信息化的过程中扮演着重要的角色。通过对某铸造车间加工车间的调研并与现阶段MES平台的研究相结合,探讨了制造生产企业MES的整体特征和框架,找到适应现阶段我国制造生产企业的MES系统设计和重要技术点,体现出当前MES在我国各个制造生产企业中的重要作用和多方面的广阔应用前景。
MES technology plays an important role in the process of enterprise informatization.The overall characteristics and framework of MES of manufacturing production enterprises are discussed through the investigation of a casting workshop,processing workshop and the study of MES platform in the present stage,and the design of MES system and important technical points suitable for manufacturing production enterprises in our country are found.Reflect the important role of MES in each manufacturing production enterprise in our country and the broad application prospects in various aspects.
