摘要
电缆与附件绝缘的复合界面运行环境复杂,受到电、热、环境湿度联合作用,是电缆运行的薄弱环节。电缆附件安装过程中界面处涂覆硅脂对附件运行也存在显著影响。本文对涂覆硅脂的附件主绝缘SIR材料进行静置、潮湿、电晕、潮湿协同电晕多种老化形式的老化,研究了潮湿环境对涂覆硅脂附件界面性能的影响。结果表明:不同老化形式在不同程度上影响了涂覆硅脂SIR的表面形态,电晕与潮湿-电晕协同老化条件下硅橡胶表面受到破坏;潮湿-电晕老化条件下硅橡胶的分子主链侧链均出现了明显的断裂,对SIR力学性能的劣化程度最高。
The operating environment at composite interface of cable accessory insulation is complex,which is subject to the combined action of electricity,heat,and humid environment.Cable accessory is the weakest part of cable.Application of silicone grease coated on the interface also has a significant impact on the operation of accessory.In this paper,the silicone grease-coated accessory main insulation SIR material was aged in various ageing forms of wet,corona,and wet-corona.The influence of environment on the interface performance of silicone grease-coated accessories were studied.The results show that various ageing forms affect the surface morphology of the coated silicone grease to different degrees.The surface of the silicone rubber is damaged under corona and wet-corona ageing conditions.The side chains of molecular main chain of silicone rubber appear obvious break under wet-corona ageing.The wet-corona ageing has the highest impact on the degradation of mechanical properties of SIR.
