摘要
在梳理赋能教育理论的基础上,研究农村妇女赋能教育理论逻辑和实施路径,构建学校、政府部门、妇联等群团组织和农村妇女“四位一体”的农村妇女赋能教育体系,把品德修养、职业技能、家庭技能等作为农村妇女赋能教育内容,通过专题讲座、技能操作、入户指导和实习实训等路径,提高农村妇女的能力和素养,消除农村绝对贫困,解决相对贫困,促进乡村振兴,实现共同富裕。
Taking the rural women as the object of the empowerment education,the theoretical logic and implementation path of the rural women empowerment education are put forward on the basis of analyzing the theoretical background of the rural women empowerment education.Firstly the paper built the“four to one”system of the rural women empowerment education including the rural women,the school,the government departments,the women’s federations and other groups.Secondly the paper clarified the“three dimensions”content including the moral cultivation,the vocational skills and the family skills.Lastly the paper put the implementation paths about the workshops,the skills,the household guidance and the practice to carry out the rural women empowerment education.The result aims to improve the ability and quality of the rural women to eliminate the absolute poverty,to solve the relative poverty,to promote the rural revitalization and to achieve the common prosperity.
