摘要
高校思政课改革创新的内生动力蕴含在思政课教师和青年学生两个主体身上。根据马克思主义关于事物发展根本动力的观点,激活高校思政课改革创新的内生动力,可以从三个方面着力:增强思政课教师职业认同感、荣誉感和责任感,激活“教”的内生动力;增强青年大学生做有理想、有本领、有担当的时代新人的使命感,激活“学”的内生动力;促进思政课教学供给侧和需求侧的动态平衡,实现改革创新的“动力叠加”。
The endogenous impetus of the reform and innovation of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities lies in the two main bodies of the ideological and political course teachers and young students.According to the Marxist view on the fundamental driving force of the development of things,we can activate the endogenous driving force of the reform and innovation of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities from three aspects:strengthen the professional identity,sense of honor and sense of responsibility of the ideological and political course teachers,and activate the endogenous driving force of“teaching”;strengthen the sense of mission of young college students to be the new generation with ideals,skills and responsibilities,and activate the endogenous power of“learning”;promote the dynamic balance between the supply side and the demand side of ideological and political teaching,and realize the“power superposition”of reform and innovation.
