近十年国内高校图书馆留学生信息服务研究综述

A Review of Information Service for International Students in University Libraries in Recent Ten Years

本文通过对2011—2020年间国内相关研究和实践进行分析,梳理了留学生信息服务的研究概况,总结了国内研究特点为以特定群体为对象、以数据分析为支撑、以国外措施为参照,探究出留学生利用图书馆的主要障碍和解决对策。同时,文章借助文献分析方法总结出高校图书馆提高留学生信息服务工作质量、履行图书馆信息素质教育教学职能、拓展图书馆延伸服务范围的具体方式,为留学生信息服务研究提供新的思路和方法。

Through the analysis of domestic related research and practice from 2011 to 2020,the research situation of information service for international students is sorted out,and the characteristics of domestic research are summarized as taking specific groups as the object,data analysis as the support,and foreign measures as the reference,to explore the main obstacles and solutions for international students to use the library.By means of literature analysis,this paper obtains the specific ways of improving the quality of information service for international students,fulfilling the teaching function of library information literacy education,and expanding the scope of extended service of library,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the study of information service for international students.
