摘要
对医院发展目标来说,现代人力资源管理下的人事档案管理工作能否顺利开展成为重要条件,只有提升人事档案管理水平,才能增强企业经营效果。本文详细介绍人事档案管理工作内涵、现代人力资源管理内涵,并充分结合现代人力资源管理与人事档案管理联系作用以及问题,进一步总结现代人力资源管理下人事档案管理的工作策略。
For the development goals in hospital,management of modern human resources for the personnel archives management work can be carried out smoothly to become an important condition,only to improve the level of personnel archives management,to enhance the business effect.This paper introduces the connotation of personnel archives management and modern human resource management in detail,and combined fully with the management of modern human resource and personnel archives management function and problems,summarizes further the management of modern human resource for the personnel archives management strategy.
