我国数字经济发展及其对新冠肺炎疫情防控的贡献

China’s Digital Economy Development and Its Contribution to the Prevention and Control of COVID-19 Pandemic

数字经济模式是依靠互联网技术、移动通信技术、大数据、云计算和人工智能等数字技术发展起来的一种创新性经济运行模式。如今,数字技术在我国新冠肺炎疫情防控中发挥着重要的作用。一方面,由数字技术支撑的数字经济的运行,保障了“封城”期间居民生活物资的及时供应,促进了疫情防控政策措施的落实;另一方面,数字技术和设备满足了大中小学生居家学习的需要,并为缓解国内公共医疗卫生资源的紧张提供了有效途径,同时,有力推动了我国新冠肺炎疫情防控数字化公共服务平台建设,为贯彻落实“科学防治”和“精准施策”的疫情防控方针政策提供了重要技术保证。疫情防控常态化背景下,应引导行业企业抓住这一难得的发展机遇期,加大技术合作力度,实现数字化转型,为社会生产生活秩序的稳定贡献力量。

As an innovative economic development model that relies on digital technologies such as the Internet,big data,and cloud computing,the digital economy plays an important role in the prevention and control of China’s COVID-19 epidemic.On the one hand,the digital economy guarantees the timely supply of living materials for residents during the lockdown period,meets the needs of students in primary,secondary school and universities to study at home,and provides an online way to relieve the tension of domestic medical public resources,which strongly supports measures of domestic epidemic prevention and control.On the other hand,cutting-edge digital technologies such as ICT,big data,cloud computing and AI have strongly promoted the construction of a digital public service platform for China’s prevention and control of COVID-19,which has become a key tool to take science-based and targeted measures in China’s prevention and control of COVID-19.Our government and health departments should increase technical cooperation with enterprises in the field of the digital economy,and enterprises in various industries should also seize the opportunity of digital transformation to further improve and consolidate the production and living order under the normalization of COVID-19 prevention and control.
