乡村振兴视阈下平安乡村建设生态机制的构建

Research on the Construction of Ecological Mechanism of Safe Rural Construction from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

全面建成小康社会是中国共产党提出的第一个百年奋斗目标,打赢脱贫攻坚战是全面建成小康社会的底线任务。这一目标如期实现、这一任务圆满完成后,我国“三农”工作的重心历史性地转移到乡村振兴上来。“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”是乡村振兴战略的总体要求。平安乡村建设是实施乡村振兴战略的一个重要抓手。平安乡村建设是一个系统工程,需要多方联动。应围绕乡村振兴这一中心,创新理念,树立生态思维,构建一个系统化的联建联动机制,不懈探索,力求突破,确保平安乡村建设取得实效。

With the timely realization of the first centennial goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,the focus of our party's work on“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”has historically shifted to the overall revitalization of the countryside.Safe rural construction is the premise of rural revitalization,but safe rural construction is a systematic project,which needs multi-party linkage and social joint construction.From the five aspects of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life,this paper strives to build a symbiotic interaction and ecological integration mechanism with the concept of ecological thinking and systematization.
