不同生长调节剂对武陵假俭草农艺性状的研究

摘要 本研究选取四川省草原科学研究院培育出的草坪草新品种武陵假俭草(Eremochloa ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling)作为研究对象,该品种登记号为2016004。通过对武陵假俭草施加植物生长调节剂(光能变价离子钛、吲哚乙酸、萘乙酸、生根粉)及尿素,研究不同浓度梯度的生长调节剂及尿素对武陵假俭草单株的农艺性状的影响,探究提高武陵假俭草草坪质量的最佳方法。结果如下:植物生长调节剂和尿素对武陵假俭草生长、成活及生理指标均有明显作用。对武陵假俭草喷施1/400倍离子钛、40μg/mL萘乙酸、4%尿素、100μg/mL生根粉、70μg/mL吲哚乙酸的处理,均能显著提高武陵假俭草单株的成活率,促进植株的生长,增加分蘖数和地上、地下生物量,提高种子产量和质量。综合来看,1/400倍离子钛、40μg/mL萘乙酸、100μg/mL生根粉相比其他处理效果较好。 In this study,a new turfgrass variety,Eremochloa ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling,cultivated by the Sichuan Academy of Grassland Science,was selected as the research object.The registration number of this variety is 2016004.By applying plant growth regulators(Ion titanium,Indole acetic acid,Naphthalene acetic acid,Rooting powder)and urea to Eremochloa ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling,the effects of different concentration gradients of growth regulators and urea on the agronomic characteristics of individual Eremochloa ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling were studied.To explore the best way to improve the quality of Eremochloa ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling turf.The results are as follows:Plant growth regulators and urea have obvious effects on Eremochloa ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling growth,survival and physiological indicators.Spraying Eremochloa ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling with 1/400 times Ion titanium,40μg/mL Naphthalene acetic acid,4%urea,100μg/mL Rooting powder,70μg/mL Indole acetic acid treatment can significantly increase the survival rate of individual Eremochloa ophiuroides L.cv.Wuling plants.Promote plant growth,increase the number of tillers and aboveground and underground biomass,and increase seed yield and quality.In summary,1/400 times Ion titanium,40μg/mL naphthalene acetic acid,and 100μg/mL rooting powder have better effects than other treatments.
