乡村振兴背景下农村金融需求变化及应对措施研究——以兰考县为例

Study on the Change of Rural Financial Demand and Countermeasures under the Background of Rural Revitalization--Taking Lankao County as an example

在实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,探索在新形势下满足农村金融需求变化的路径,充分调动农村金融对乡村振兴的推动作用成为学界研究热点。兰考县作为全国首个普惠金融改革试验区,具有特殊的参考意义。文章以兰考县为研究对象,通过文献研究、问卷调查、案例分析、访谈等方法,从家庭经济状况、家庭收入结构、金融政策认知程度等角度分析兰考县在乡村振兴背景下农村金融需求现状,进而在乡村振兴背景下提出兰考县农村金融存在问题的解决路径。

Under the background of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,exploring the path to meet the changes in rural financial needs under the new situation and fully mobilizing the role of rural finance in promoting rural revitalization has become a hot research topic in the academic community.As the first inclusive financial reform pilot area in China,Lankao County has special reference significance.This article takes Lankao County as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of rural financial demand in Lankao County under the background of rural revitalization from the perspectives of family economic status,family income structure,and financial policy cognition through literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis,interview and other methods.Then,under the background of rural revitalization,this paper proposes the solutions to the problems of rural finance in Lankao County.
