摘要
“互联网+教育”以其创新技术的发展,引领了传统教学变革,直播教学迅速兴起。怎样提升直播教学质量成为教育领域的重要研究方向。本研究首先采用文献研究法分析直播教学质量研究现状,其次采用调查法对具备直播教学经验的教师及具备学习经验的学生进行调查,最后依据文献梳理以及调查结果采取实证研究法揭示出影响中学直播教学质量的因素主要分为五个维度:教师维度(教学实施能力、直播素养、学习活动设计、教学互动),学生维度(自我效能感、学习动机、认知负荷、学习投入、自我管理),技术维度(界面设计与功能、网络通信),感知风险维度(视力压力、平台广告),社群影响维度(家人支持、同伴影响、教师激励)。并利用结构方程模型法深入探究中学直播教学质量影响因素之间的关系。进而有针对性地提出提升中学直播教学质量的策略与建议,旨在为未来教育形态提供实践基础,有效指导教师进行直播教学。
The development of“Internet+Education”with its innovative technology has led to the change of traditional teaching and the rapid rise of live teaching.How to improve the quality of live teaching has become an important research in the field of education.This study firstly adopts the literature research method to analyze the current situation of live teaching quality research;secondly adopts the survey method to investigate teachers with live teaching experience and students with learning experience,and finally adopts the empirical research method to conduct literature and result combing.The findings reveal that the factors affecting the quality of live teaching in middle schools are mainly divided into five dimensions:teacher dimension(teaching implementation ability,live literacy,learning activity design,teaching interaction);student dimension(self-efficacy,learning motivation,cognitive load,learning engagement,self-management);technology dimension(interface design and functionality,network communication);perceived risk dimension(visual stress,platform advertising),and community influence dimension(family support,peer influence,teacher motivation).Also,the structural equation modeling method is used to deeply explore the relationship between the factors influencing the quality of live teaching in secondary schools.In turn,strategies and suggestions for improving the quality of live teaching in secondary schools are targeted,aiming to provide a practical basis for future education forms and effectively guide teachers in live teaching.
