数据赋能区域教研的新思路--一项基于高中物理学业数据的实证分析 被引量:1

摘要 区域教研活动是促进教师专业化发展、提高区域教学质量的重要途径,而目前教研活动存在系统性不强、针对性不强、教研主题不清等问题,大数据技术为破解以上问题提供了新思路。文章基于北京市房山区高中物理4次学业数据,从区域各校整体情况入手,层层深入分析了各学校及班级的教学情况和学生核心概念及知识点的掌握情况。结果显示,区域各校教学水平参差不齐,存在共性问题——学生对电磁能和动量守恒等核心概念掌握最为欠缺。最后,文章提出区域教研转型的三个建议:一是数据分析充分挖掘教师教研需求,明确教研主题,提高教师参与度;二是精准识别薄弱学校和教师,有针对性地提供帮助,提升区域教学水平;三是系统规划教研流程,建立教研体系,提高区域教研深度。 Regional teaching and research activities are an important way to improve the professional development of teachers,thereby improving the quality of regional teaching.However,the current teaching and research activities have problems such as lack of systematism,lack of pertinence,and unclear teaching and research topics.The development of big data technology has brought new ideas to solve these problems.Based on the four academic data of high school physics in Fangshan District of Beijing,starting from the overall situation of regional schools,this paper deeply analyzes the teaching situation of schools and classes and the mastery of students’core concepts and knowledge points.The results show that the teaching level of each school in the region is uneven,and there are common problems such as students lack the mastery of the core concepts which are electromagnetic energy and momentum conservation.Lastly,the article proposes three suggestions.First,the needs of teachers for teaching and research should be explored by data analysis,to clarify the topics of teaching and research,and to improve teachers’participation.Second,weak schools and teachers should be accurately identified to provide targeted help,and to improve the level of regional teaching.Third,teaching and research processes should be systematically planned to establish a teaching and research system,and to improve the depth of regional teaching and research.
