血液灌流串联血液透析治疗对终末期糖尿病肾病患者微炎症及营养状态的影响

Effect of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis on Microinflammation and Nutritional Status in Patients with End-stage Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨血液灌流(HP)串联血液透析(HD)治疗对终末期糖尿病肾病(ESDN)患者微炎症及营养状态的影响。方法选取2018年5月-2021年6月我院收治的ESDN患者60例,随机分为HD组和串联组,每组30例。HD组给予HD治疗,串联组给予HP串联HD治疗。以12周为治疗周期,比较两组治疗前后微炎症、营养状况、BMI指数及生活质量改善情况。结果两组微炎症指标、营养指标优于治疗前,且串联组优于HD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组BMI、生活质量评分高于治疗前,且串联组高于HD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ESDN患者行HP串联HD治疗,能够促进机体微炎症状况减退,改善营养状况,提高患者生活质量,是较理想的治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion(HP)combined with hemodialysis(HD)on microinflammation and nutritional status in patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy(ESDN).Methods Sixty patients with ESDN admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2021 were randomly divided into HD group and series group,with 30 cases in each group.HD group was given HD treatment,and series group was given HP series HD treatment.The improvement of microinflammation,nutritional status,BMI index and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The micro-inflammatory indexes and nutritional indexes of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the series group was better than the HD group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The BMI and quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the series group was higher than the HD group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HP combined with HD therapy in ESDN patients can promote the decrease of microinflammation,improve nutritional status,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is an ideal treatment plan.
