儿童语言发育迟缓的中医治疗研究进展

Research Progress on Chinese Medicine Treatment of Delayed Language Development in Children

语言是一种系统符号,是传递信息的重要媒介,也是人与人之间沟通交流的重要方式。语言发育迟缓指儿童在生长发育期出现的语言能力障碍,致使其语言水平较同龄儿童低,但不包括因听力障碍引起的构音障碍等其他语言障碍类型。导致儿童语言发迟缓的原因有很多,其治疗方法也有很多,大致可以分为中医和西医两大派。本文从中医病因病机、联合诊断、中药、针灸、穴位注射和推拿方面的研究进展作一综述。

Language is a systematic symbol,an important medium for transmitting information,and an important way of communication between people.Delayed language development refers to children's language ability disorders during growth and development,resulting in lower language proficiency than children of the same age,but does not include other types of language disorders such as dysarthria caused by hearing impairment.There are many reasons for children's delayed language development,and there are many treatment methods,which can be roughly divided into two schools of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.This article reviews the research progress of TCM etiology and pathogenesis,combined diagnosis,Chinese medicine,acupuncture,acupoint injection and massage.
