摘要
通过室外盆栽实验,研究了冷蒿相对含水量、非结构碳水化合物含量的变化规律.结果表明:在秋末冬初,随着气温的下降,冷蒿体内相对含水量下降;可溶性糖含量增加;淀粉含量降低;可溶性糖含量与相对含水量呈显著负相关,淀粉含量与相对含水量不相关.冷蒿通过降低含水量、增加可溶性糖来提高抗寒性.
The relative moisture and nonstructural carbohydrate contents were studied at NeiMongol University. The results show:in later Autumn ,with the temperature decreases,the relative moisture of A.frigida decreases; soluble sugar contents increase;and starch contents decrease.There is a significant negative correlation between soluble carbohydrate content and relative moisture,but there is no significant correlation between strach content and relative moisture. It indicates that the cold resistance of A.frigida increases through decreasing relative moisture and increasing soluble sugar contents.
