性信息素迷向剂对苹果园桃小食心虫的防效评价 被引量:3

摘要 为明确昆虫性信息素迷向剂对苹果园桃小食心虫的防治效果,于2019—2020年5—10月在果园布置不同密度的迷向丝进行迷向试验,并悬挂不同高度性诱剂诱捕器进行诱集监测。结果表明:桃小食心虫始见于5月初,终见于10月初,高峰期为7月上旬,亚高峰为8月下旬;不同密度迷向区的诱蛾量与蛀果率均明显低于对照区;迷向丝释放密度与迷向率呈二项式相关(R^(2)=0.971 8),每公顷600根(0.12 g/根)为最佳释放密度;对照区2.0 m高度的诱蛾量显著高于1.0 m,迷向密度与悬挂高度的互作效应显著影响了桃小食心虫的诱蛾量与迷向率。迷向剂有效地降低了桃小食心虫的发生量,释放密度越大,防治效果越佳,但迷向率并未增高。研究结果为田间迷向剂的高效使用及桃小食心虫的绿色防治提供理论依据。 In order to evaluation on the control effect of sex pheromone for disrupting the mating on peach fruit moth Carposina sasakii in apple orchard,and to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient use of sex pheromone for disrupting the mating and control of C.sasakii.The mating disruption and sex pheromone trap were conducted simultaneously in the apple orchard from May to October 2019-2020.The C.sasakii initial in early May and final occurrence periods in early October,the peak occurrence time was in early July,and the secondary peak was in late August;the number of trapped moths and percentage of bored fruits in the mating disruption area with different densities was significantly lower than that in the control check area;the density of mating disruption is binomial related to the rate of mating disruption(R^(2)=0.971 8),and 600 per hectare(0.12 g·per) is the best disruption density.The number of moth traps at the height of 2.0 m in the control check area was significantly higher than that of 1.0 m,the interaction effect between the density of mating disruption and the hanging height significantly affected the moth traps and the rate of mating disruption of C.sasakii.The higher the density,the better the control effect was,but the rate of mating disruption did not increase.
