摘要
科技与金融是经济发展的两个核心。本文以京津冀地区为例,通过构建京津冀科技金融评价指标体系,用熵权TOPSIS法对京津冀市区的科技金融发展水平进行了评估,并用莫兰指数进行了空间自相关检验,发现区域对邻域具有正向的空间溢出效应。通过空间马尔可夫转移概率矩阵对京津冀科技金融发展水平空间格局及趋同演化进行分析,发现其在空间上呈以京津为中心的不均衡发展格局;整体呈现出同向趋同,高值带动,低值抑制的空间演化格局;各市区科技金融水平的升降与领域的升降方向趋同,在空间上存在集聚效应。
Technology and finance are key to economic development.In this paper,the development status of science and technology finance in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was evaluated through creating an evaluation index system,using the entropy weight TOPSIS method,and a spatial auto-correlation test was conducted with the Moran index,and it was found that the region exerts a positive spatial spillover effect on its neighborhood.The spatial Markov transfer probability matrix was also applied to explore the spatial pattern and convergent evolution of the development level of science and technology finance in this region,which was found to have an unbalanced development pattern centered on Beijing-Tianjin;The overall spatial evolution pattern presents the trend of convergence,driven by high values and inhibited by low values;The rise and fall of science and technology finance in each urban area converged with that of the neighboring areas,showing a spatial agglomeration effect.
