乡村振兴视域下的数字乡村发展策略研究——以合肥市长丰县为例

Research on the Strategy of Digital Rural Development from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of Changfeng County,Hefei City

本文以“创新驱动发展,数字赋能乡村”理念为基础,对合肥市长丰县数字乡村建设情况进行了全方位、多角度、深层次的调查研究。从数字基础设施升级、智慧创新农业发展、新业态新模式发展、数字治理能力提升、智慧绿色乡村打造、公共服务效能提升、网络帮扶拓展深化等方面对合肥市长丰县数字乡村建设情况进行了深度剖析。在深入了解数字农业建设给农民生产生活带来变化的基础上,针对数字乡村建设中存在的明显不足,提出了具体对策建议。

This paper intends to conduct an all-round,multi-angle and in-depth investigation on the construction of digital countryside in Changfeng County,Hefei City guided by the concept of“innovation-driven development and digital empowering countryside”.The investigation revolves from the aspects of upgrading digital infrastructure,developing smart and innovative agriculture,developing new business formats and models,improving digital governance capabilities,building smart green villages,enhancing public service efficiency,and deepening network assistance.Based on an in-depth understanding of the changes brought by digital agriculture to farmers’production and life,specific suggestions are made to address the prominent issues in digital rural construction.
