促进共同富裕背景下数字普惠金融与京津冀协同发展——基于空间杜宾模型的实证研究

Study on Digital Inclusive Finance and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Synergistic Development in the Context of Common Prosperity——An Empirical Study Based on the Spatial Dubin Model

发展数字普惠金融是拓宽普惠群体金融服务渠道,增进民生福祉,解决发展不平衡不充分问题、促进共同富裕的重要举措。本文以京津冀13市2011—2020年面板数据为样本,在测度分析京津冀协同发展程度和数字普惠金融发展情况的基础上,利用空间杜宾模型方法研究数字普惠金融对京津冀协同发展的影响。研究结果表明,数字普惠金融发展和京津冀区域经济发展水平均具有明显的空间正相关性,且数字普惠金融对区域经济发展的促进作用存在负向空间溢出效应。基于此,要进一步加强京津冀各城市间数字普惠金融协同发展,避免在探索创新的同时扩大地区发展差距,推动市场主体和公众更多地使用数字普惠金融服务。

Promoting digital inclusive finance is an important initiative to broaden the channels of financial services for inclusive groups,enhance people’s well-being,solve the issue of unbalanced and insufficient development and promote common prosperity.Taking the panel data of 13 cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from 2011 to 2020 as samples,this paper intends to adopt the spatial Dubin model to study the impact of digital inclusive finance on the synergistic development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei on the basis of examining the degree of synergistic development of the region and the development status of digital inclusive finance.The research results show that both the two have obvious spatial correlation,and there is a negative spatial spillover effect of digital inclusive finance on the promotion of regional economic development.In view of this,it is necessary to further strengthen the synergy of digital inclusive finance among cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to avoid expanding regional gap while exploring innovation,and to promote the use of digital inclusive financial services among market entities and the public.
