摘要 文章以财经大学社会工作专业硕士实践教学为例,介绍了基于项目驱动的校地合作模式的作用与优势。江西财经大学社会工作专业硕士自开办伊始就非常重视实践基地建设,并逐渐形成具有江财特色、基于项目驱动的校地合作模式,核心架构包括以共建实践教学基地为平台,以服务地方社会发展为目标,以承接社会服务项目为驱动,以构建“双师型”督导团队为主导,以规范实践教学监管为保障。该模式一定程度上解决了目前专业硕士实践教学所普遍存在的“四缺四不”难题,并在人才培养、项目孵化、教学相长、服务地方等方面取得了较好成效。 This paper introduces the role and advantages of the project-driven mode of school-local government cooperation,taking the master’s practical teaching of social work in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics as an example.Since the beginning,Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics has attached great importance to the construction of practice bases,and has gradually formed a project-driven mode of school-local government cooperation with its own unique characteristics,with practice teaching bases as the platform,serving local and social development as the goal,undertaking social service projects as the driving force,building a“double qualified teachers”supervision team as the guiding principle,and strengthening teaching supervision as the guarantee.This mode can solve the issue of“four lacks and four haves”in the practice teaching of professional masters to a certain extent,and has achieved fruitful results in talent training,project incubation,teaching and learning and serving the local community.
