网络舆情的多元性、交互性、隐匿性等特点及新时代大学生特殊群体的依赖互联网、自主意识强、重理论轻实践等特点,决定了网络舆情必将对大学生树立及践行社会主义核心价值观产生一定的双重影响。这些影响主要是,网络价值观念丰富但呈现出“去核心价值观”的趋势、网络主体多元化但缺乏中心主体对核心价值观的引导、网络渠道多样化但核心价值观往往纸上谈兵等。为此,要坚持采取“网上”与“网下”相结合、学生主体与多方协同相结合、理论与实践相结合等措施,不断优化网络舆情对大学生树立及践行社会主义核心价值观的影响,引导大学生树立及践行社会主义核心价值观并实现知行合一的实效性。
