四维视角下学位点导师队伍建设与预警体系研究

Research on Tutor Team Construction and Early Warning System from the Four-dimensional Perspective

根据近几年国家对研究生导师的规范性要求,对地方院校导师队伍建设过程中的关键方面进行调研、探讨、筛选和比较等,构建出主要涵盖生师比、省论文抽检、毕业率、就业率、优硕优博论文及其他异常情况等方面的预警体系。通过部分综合性地方高校的校内导师、校外导师、资深专家、研究生秘书等四类群体及十八所省内高校的案例调查分析,所构建的导师队伍预警体系具有一定的全面性、科学性和适用性,为相近高校的硕士生导师队伍建设和持续发展提供一定的参考价值。

According to the national normative requirements for graduate tutors in recent years,investigation,discussion,screen filtering and comparison the key aspects in the construction of tutor team in local colleges and universities.An early warning system is built mainly covering student teacher ratio,provincial paper sampling,graduation rate,employment rate,excellent master and doctoral thesis and other abnormalities.Through the case investigation and analysis of 18 universities in the province and four groups which contain some intramural and extramural tutors,veteran experts and graduate executive secretaries in local comprehensive university,the early warning system of constructed tutor team has certain comprehensiveness,scientificity and applicability,which can provide certain reference value for the construction of master tutor team and sustainable development in relevant universities.
