摘要
中国共产党领导下的多党合作和政治协商制度是孕育于中国土壤、适合于中国国情、顺应于时代潮流且具有强大生命力的一种新型政党制度。作为我国的一项基本政治制度,通过梳理中国新型政党制度的孕育、建立及发展过程,总结基本经验和形成规律,对全面回顾中国共产党与各民主党派间团结合作的奋斗历程,对在中国特色社会主义新时代进一步坚持与完善我国新型政党制度,发挥中国新型政党制度优势与制度自信,推动多党合作事业不断向前迈进,彰显中国特色社会主义民主政治鲜明特色,擘画与实现远景目标具有重大意义。
The system of multi-Party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is a new political Party system that is bred in China's soil,is suitable for China's national conditions,conforms to the trend of the times and has strong vitality.As a basic political system in China,by combing the birth of the China's new Party system,establishment and development process,summarize the basic experience and form the law,a comprehensive review of the communist Party of China unity and cooperation between the democratic Parties,in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics to further adhere to and improve our new political Party system,play China's new political Party system advantages and system confidence,promote multi-Party cooperation,highlight socialist democratic characteristics of Chinese characteristics,arranging and achieve vision goals is of great significance.
