社会治理视域下发展夜间经济的思考——以广西梧州为例

Thoughts on Developing Night Economy from the Perspective of Social Governance:A Case Study of Wuzhou,Guangxi

夜间经济具有符合主流消费群体的作息规律、能快速高效挖掘群体消费力、加快完善城市功能的价值。发展夜间经济有利于形成对经济社会发展的驱动力,并推动城市消费升级。通过调研分析,发现梧州发展夜间经济存在缺乏大型商业综合体带动、发展实施方案未出台、城市功能定位相冲突等问题。文章以实地考察梧州夜景经济发展情况为依据,针对性地提出注重科学规划、出台实施方案、完善基础设施和公共服务体系等参考建议,以期为地方经济发展提供参考。

Night economy has the value of conforming to the work and rest law of mainstream consumer groups,quickly and efficiently excavating the consumption power of Wuzhou groups,and accelerating the improvement of urban functions.The development of night economy is conducive to the forming a driving force for economic and social development and upgrading of urban consumption.Through investigation and analysis,Wuzhou′s development of night economy lacks the drive of large commercial complex,the development implementation plan has not been issued,and the urban function positioning conflicts.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions:pay attention to scientific planning,issue the implementation plan,improve urban infrastructure construction and public service system,so as to provide reference value for local economic development.
