基于数据分析的民办高校毕业生就业特点研究

Study on the Employment Characteristics of Private University Graduates Based on Data Analysis

随着疫情间断爆发、经济增长缓慢、高校毕业生逐年增多等多重因素影响,高校毕业生就业形势更加严峻。为更好地了解当前民办高校毕业生的就业特点,突破就业中存在的困境,文章以山西省某民办高校2022届毕业生为调查对象,针对其就业意向发布调研问卷,分析了毕业生就业中存在的主要问题后,提出了“五维一体”就业联动机制,借此为民办学校毕业生就业提供精准指导服务,也为地方、高校、用人单位在就业政策制定、就业指导、选聘人才等方面提供参考。

With the impact of multiple factors such as the intermittent outbreak of COVID-19,slow economic growth and the annual increase of college graduates,the employment problem of university graduates has become more prominent.In order to better understand the employment characteristics of the current private university graduates and break through the employment difficulties,this paper takes 2022 graduates of a private university in Shanxi Province as the target of investigation,releases a research questionnaire on their employment intentions,analyzes the main problems of graduates,proposes a"five-dimension"employment linkage mechanism,so as to help private universities provide accurate guidance and services for graduates′employment,and also provide useful references for localities,universities and employers in employment policy formulation,employment guidance and talent selection.
