摘要 简述某1450 mm全连轧生产线的生产工艺及精轧区液压系统组成,从HGC液压缸的安装方式、维护和更换等方面提出旧HGC液压缸存在的问题和优化方案。通过优化液压缸的结构,使安装、维护、更换HGC液压缸及其内置位移传感器更加方便,同时优化轧机牌坊的重量。 This paper briefly introduces the production process of a certain 1450 mm continuous tandem rolling mill and the composition of the hydraulic system of FM area,and puts forward the existing problems of the original HGC hydraulic cylinder from the aspects of installation method,maintenance and replacement and provides the optimization solution.By optimizing the structure of the hydraulic cylinder,the installation,maintenance and replacement of the HGC hydraulic cylinder and its built-in displacement sensor are more convenient,at the same time,the weight of the mill housing is optimized.
