磨粒叶序排布砂轮磨削筋条表面的研究

摘要 提出用磨粒有序化排列的砂轮在工件平面磨削出结构化筋条表面的方法。首先,将磨粒按叶序排布方式设计出有序化砂轮,建立起磨粒在砂轮上的排布方程和轮廓方程;其次,研究筋条表面的形成条件及影响筋条表面形貌的参数。使用MTLAB软件进行仿真,探究磨削参数对筋条形貌的影响。最后,与磨削试验结果对比验证有序化砂轮的可行性。结果表明,采用磨粒按叶序排布砂轮能磨削出筋条表面,改变磨削参数可以影响筋条表面的形貌。 This paper proposes the method of grinding structured riblet surface on the flat surface of the workpiece by using the grinding wheel with ordered abrasive particle.Firstly,design the grinding wheel by arranging the abrasive particle in phyllotactic order,and establish the arrangement equation and contour equation of the abrasive particle arranged on the grinding wheel;Secondly,investigate the forming conditions of the riblet surface and the parameters that affect the surface appearance of the riblet.MTLAB software is used for simulation and the influence of grinding parameters on the riblet appearance is studied.Finally,verify the feasibility of the ordered grinding wheel by comparing with the result of grinding test.The results show that the grinding wheel with phyllotactic abrasive particle is capable of grinding the riblet surface,and the appearance of the riblet surface can be affected by changing the grinding parameters.
