摘要
设计不同热处理制度下不锈钢试样的熔铝腐蚀试验,利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线荧光光谱仪等进行观察分析,结果表明:随着腐蚀时间的增加,腐蚀层深度基本呈现递增趋势;在相同时间下,腐蚀温度越高,腐蚀层越深,腐蚀层深度区间为80~160μm。
This paper designs the molten aluminum corrosion test of the stainless steel samples under different heat treatment conditions,and adopts scanning electron microscope and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer for observation and analyzation.The results show that the depth of corrosion layer increases with the increase of corrosion time;In the same time period,the depth of the corrosion is deeper with the increase of the corrosion temperature.The depth range of the corrosion layer is 80~160μm.
