通过秦山核电多次水下维修作业的经验积累,依托何少华工作室水下特种维修的技术储备,对堆内构件的螺栓连接部件维修作业的工艺进行总结与探讨,对所需装备进行分析并提出技术要求,以方家山机组上部堆内构件流量旁通板拆除及控制棒驱动轴安装工作为例具体分析。

This paper summarizes and discusses the maintenance operation and process of the bolt connected parts of the reactor internals on the basis of the accumulated experience from several times of underwater maintenance of Taishan Nuclear Power Plant and the technical reserve of underwater special maintenance of HeShaohua Studio,analyzes the necessary equipment and proposes the technical requirements,and takes the removal of the flow bypass plate of the upper internals of FangjiashanUnit and the installation of the control rod drive shaft for detail analysis.
