反流性食管炎中医辨治研究进展

Research Progress in TCM Differentiation and Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

反流性食管炎作为胃食管反流病的常见类型之一,具有发病率高、易反复、病因复杂等特点。在中医学整体观思想指导下辨证论治该病,疗效显著。中医认为反流性食管炎以胃失和降、胃气上逆为基本病机,和胃降逆为基本治法,各医家在此基础上随证施治,学术思想各有特色。本文对近年文献进行综述,以期为临床辨治本病提供参考思路。

Reflux esophagitis(RE)is one of the common types of gastroesophageal reflux disease,which has the characteristics of high incidence,easy recurrence and complex etiology.Syndrome differentiation and treatment for the prevention and treatment of RE under the guidance of TCM holistic has achieved confirmed efficacy.TCM believes that the basic pathogenesis of RE is gastric disorder and upward attack by gastric qi,and the basic treatment method is regulating the stomach to descend gastric qi.On this basis,various doctors treat with the syndrome,and their academic thoughts have their own characteristics.This article reviewed the relevant literature in recent years,in order to provide reference ideas for clinical differentiation and treatment of RE.
